What OnePaisa is (and is not)
OnePaisa is a comparison platform for credit cards, loans, and insurance in India. We surface public product information and link you to the issuer's own application process.
OnePaisa is not a bank, NBFC, insurance broker, investment adviser, or payment processor. We do not issue credit, hold deposits, or make binding recommendations. All financial products belong to the underlying issuer.
Eligibility
You may use OnePaisa if you are at least 18 years old and a resident of India. You're responsible for any legal consequences of using the site outside those conditions.
Content accuracy
We update our product catalogue from issuer websites regularly, but rates, fees, and eligibility can change without notice. Always confirm the final numbers on the issuer's own page before you submit an application. OnePaisa is not liable for losses arising from product terms that have changed since we last fetched them.
Affiliate relationships
When you apply through our links, OnePaisa may earn a commission from the issuing bank or network. This never changes our editorial picks — our analysts rank products by user-fit, not commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure for specifics.
Your conduct
- Use the site for personal, non-commercial research.
- Do not scrape, mass-download, or automate interactions without written permission.
- Do not impersonate issuers or OnePaisa.
- Do not attempt to breach the site's security or submit malicious content.
Intellectual property
The site content, editorial copy, design system, and code are owned by OnePaisa. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back; large-scale reproduction requires a licence. Product logos and names belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
OnePaisa is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Your sole remedy for any dispute about these terms is to discontinue use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll bump the effective date at the top. Continued use after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
